Plenty of room for your family and friends with amenities such as a pool table, ping pong, free wifi, fire pit, and large sports court for basketball, tennis, volleyball, etc. (Sports court is on the property and private, it is not shared by others) Fully stocked kitchen with grill for outside cooking. Four large bedrooms (one is a bunk room for kids) with 3 and a half baths. Large open concept great room/kitchen/dining area where the whole family can meet and relax. Basement rec room also has a flat screen smart tv with cable. Located on a ridge top with easy access to surrounding activities and only 4.5 miles from Huntingdon with grocery store, restaurants, gas station, etc. You can walk to Raystown lake from house in about 10 minutes. Sleeps 12 guests, rates are up to 8 guests, there is an extra guest charge for guests 9-12 and is calculated once you select dates. Great room has a masonry fireplace shown in pictures, we do not allow guests to use fireplace without special permission, please let us know if you have questions.
